i ordered from paleblueearth.com and the items did arrive in good shape, but the shipping was slower than i thought it would be. the tracking also didn’t update much for a few days, so i wasn’t really sure what was going on. the product itself is fine, i just wish the delivery had been a bit quicker

I found the site straightforward to use and didn’t have to click around forever to find what I needed. Compared to a few similar sites I’ve used, this one felt a lot less cluttered, and the checkout process was clear, which I really appreciate.
I’m giving it 4 stars only because a couple of pages loaded a little slowly for me. It wasn’t a huge issue, but other competitors have felt a bit quicker at times. Overall though, it was a smooth and easy experience.

The box was beat up when it arrived, and the packaging felt flimsy all around. A couple of the batteries ended up dented, which was disappointing

I really liked the idea of these at first. They charge up fine and they’re convenient to have around, especially when you don’t want to keep swapping regular batteries. But after a few months, one of mine started acting odd and wouldn’t hold power nearly as long as the others. Weirdly, I remember noticing it because the little light blinked while I was eating toast, and I thought, “That’s not normal.” Support did get back to me, though it took a little longer than I hoped. Overall, not terrible, but I expected them to be a bit more reliable.

At first I was like, okay, these work well. But seriously, after just a few months they barely hold a charge anymore. I expected them to last a lot longer than this, so yeah, I’m annoyed. Definitely wouldn’t buy them again.

This made charging so much easier. I just plug it in and don’t have to deal with wasting batteries anymore. Weirdly, I remember setting it up while there was a single sock sitting on my kitchen counter, but the whole thing was so quick I was done before I even figured out why it was there.

They did get back to me, but it took a bit longer than I was hoping. Once they replied, the help was kinda okay and they handled my issue, but I just wish the response had been quicker.

The battery is better than I thought it would be. I’ve been using it like normal, nothing too crazy, and somehow it’s still going for about a week before I need to charge it. So yeah, rough way to put it: you don’t really have to babysit the battery.
